Meet Some of the Stars at Mobility46

Digital systems are at the heart of everything we do at Mobility46 — but of course, we’re much more than just a platform. In this article, we’d like to introduce you to a few of the people who make our company what it is: Josefina, Nathalie, and Johanna.

We’ll start with our Operations & Customer Success team.
Josefina Viira and Nathalie Svärd ensure that our customers get up and running smoothly — and continue to use the system in the best possible way based on their needs, goals, and workflows.

Hi Josefina! What do you do at Mobility46?

Josefina Viira, Head of Operations

I’m responsible for implementation and onboarding for our new customers, and I also manage Customer Success. My job is to ensure that customers learn the system, feel confident using it, and get maximum value from it over time.

Outside of customer work, I also spend a lot of time refining and improving our internal processes — something I truly love!

How does the onboarding process work?

We begin with a kick-off meeting together with the customer, their Account Manager, and our team. It’s a hands-on session where we define timelines, expectations, and workflows, and make sure that communication flows smoothly from day one.

After that, we start configuring the system based on the information the customer provides.
Then comes a highly interactive phase: training sessions, guided workshops, and continuous support until everything is set up.

When onboarding is complete, we host a handover meeting — where Johanna from support also joins so the customer can get to know her.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I’ve previously worked in education — but also spent years in laboratories programming robots and using complex systems. Combining these experiences and helping customers master a system that I truly believe in is extremely rewarding.

When customers tell me “Wow, this is such a big upgrade from Excel!” — I know exactly what they mean, and it makes my day.

What makes you proud?

When a customer really takes ownership of their process — when they learn the system, keep themselves updated, and understand how to get the most out of it. Watching them succeed is incredibly fulfilling.

Tell us something about your team

My team is the best! Nathalie and I work extremely well together — we’re driven by the same things and value customer relationships deeply. And honestly, that mindset is reflected across the entire company. It creates an environment of energy, trust, and collaboration.

Nathalie — what do you like most about working at Mobility46?

It’s hard to pick just one thing, but I’d say three:

1. The customer contact

I truly love helping people, solving problems, and making customers happy. My background in support makes me feel right at home, but working in Customer Success allows me to follow customers throughout their journey — that long-term relationship is my favourite part.

2. The company culture

Mobility46 has such a warm and positive culture. I feel that my work matters and that my voice counts. The energy here is contagious.

3. My team

A good team is everything.
Johanna and I work very closely, and Josefina is both my manager and my teammate. Our collaboration gives me so much energy.

Tell us a bit about yourself

I’m originally from Värmland, from a place called Forshaga — same hometown as high-jump legend Stefan Holm! I grew up on a farm with horses, hens, cats, dogs and rabbits, and spent most of my childhood outdoors.

Today I live in Stockholm, but training is still a huge passion of mine. And one day, I’d love to take up horseback riding again.

And last but not least: Johanna Svärd — our support superstar

(And no, she’s not related to Nathalie — even though many people ask!)

Johanna, how do you work with our customers?

Since I work in support, I’m often the person customers speak with the most. I help them solve challenges big and small — everything from invoicing and contracts to configuration questions and troubleshooting. I’m a bit of a “Swiss army knife” in that way.

What motivates you?

That moment when a customer says:
“Ah, now I understand — thank you Johanna!”
That feeling is unbeatable.

I think customers appreciate that I listen carefully, stay solution-oriented, and explain things in a clear and friendly way. I love being a problem-solver — almost like a detective.

Who is on your team?

I work closely with our Product Owner, Oskar Ekman, and escalate technical issues to him when needed.
I also collaborate daily with Mathias Anefelt, our in-house EV charging expert. He’s absolutely brilliant — probably one of Sweden’s most knowledgeable people when it comes to charging infrastructure.

And of course, Josefina and Nathalie — we work together constantly, and they brighten my day.

Tell us a bit about yourself

I’m from Dalarna — from a tiny village called Dala-Floda with only about 700 residents.
Today I live in Siljansnäs with my partner, daughter, and dog. Fun fact: one of our founders, Pelle, lives here too, so I often work from our local office with him.

I’m passionate about photography, especially portraits — it’s a big creative outlet for me. I also love being out in nature and hope to share that joy with my daughter.
