We have developed our Parking Management System, Park46, for ten years and in that time we've created a lot of really great features. As with anything else, there are always favorites. What are the four most valued features according to our customers?

1. Automated queue management

Before our customers switched to digitalised parking management, they handled much of the administration manually. The process that took the most administrative resources was queue management. Add people to queue, assign location, manage queue order, create appointments, and more.

In our system, the entire queue management is automated! Yes, you read that right, you will never have to spend time on it again if you don't want to. Your tenants register digitally and the system takes care of everything, all the way from interest to contract signing with bank ID.

2. Control of the retail customer experience

Being in control of the entire parking management also means that you control the retail customer experience. Once you have digitized the parking management, your tenants will handle all parking related matters (applications, agreements, invoices, changes of places, key management, etc.) either through an app or the browser on the computer. In addition to being incredibly smooth, you can also design the user interface based on your own graphical profile. Stylish and smooth for everyone!

3. Overview of all parking spaces

All parking spaces have their own unique conditions and with a good overview, you as a property owner can easily understand how you can use your parking spaces in the best way. For example, through different price levels and modes of use (fixed place, unreserved space, zone parking, day/evening/weekend or charging point).
