Annual Chronicle 2020: an important year for parking

Soon we will close 2020, a different year for the world in which we see that parking also plays an increasingly important role in society. Changing needs of the car require adapted and flexible solutions for parking, both at home and at work. The electric car boom that is really beginning to announce its arrival places entirely new demands on dynamic parking with the additional function of electric car charging, something we have been preparing for at Mobility46 for a long time. In addition, we see a positive trend where several new entrants in mobility and sharing services are starting from the parking space when developing the mobility hubs of the future. For you as a property owner with parking, this means a strategic position and new business opportunities.

We at Mobility46 can see that more and more property owners are beginning to realize the potential of this asset and we can proudly present our most powerful version of Our Parking Management System Park46 ever. Smarter and bigger than ever

In order to help several property owners optimize their parking assets, Mobility46 has invested heavily during the year and, among other things, has grown with many new roles and employees. Early this spring we made a big commercial venture and brought in a new Product owner (Oskar Ekman) a new Implementation Manager (Josephine Vieira) and a new Sales & Marketing Manager (Veronica Lind). We also welcome our newest Tech Star ️ Mikael Quick who will be responsible for future development of the system's apps in the AppStore and Google Play.

With great commitment and lots of new energy, we are now ready to help your property owners future-proof your parking assets.

Better features and automated processes

In 2020, a number of new features have been launched in system focusing on our three key user audiences; the property owner, the park manager and the administrator.

For the property owner We can now present an updated very powerful dashboard with several new stylish and content-rich graphs on interesting KPIs.

For park choir Among other things, we have made it easier to control the electric car charger directly with your mobile phone.

For Admin we have automated the entire queuing process and prepared for the first fully automated management process, which we look forward to launching in the first part of 2021.

In 2020, we have also spent considerable resources on strengthening control over data and thus continue to lay the foundation for a 100% data-driven management process. Where, for example, price levels and occupancy levels are more dynamically adapted to the current situation in a specific parking facility.

Growing with our customers is the most important measure of value for us at Mobility46 as it shows that what we do is value creating and appreciated! We are therefore particularly pleased to all Customers who have been with us since the first day remain and continue to develop with us. During the year we have also gained several new customers and this gives us even more energy and inspiration to continue. We now have clients from several different segments; both property owners, property managers, municipalities and parking operators. Next year will be even more awesome

We look forward to 2021 with great excitement. Never has there been greater interest in digital parking management and many major societal trends point to the fact that the value of parking will continue to increase.
