Klövern enters into cooperation with Mobility46 for digitized parking
Parking spaces are an asset that has great potential to contribute to the operating net, not least with the increased focus on electric cars and other mobility solutions that need spaces for set-up and charging. Through this cooperation with Mobility46, Klövern will be able to digitize its parking management throughout the country. The focus of the collaboration is to improve the retail customer experience, create internal availability and future-proof a modern parking solution.
- Parking spaces are more than gray squares that are rented out to its proprietors. In a large portfolio of office real estate, parking spaces are a dynamic source of revenue, a means of competition and a marketplace for mobility services. For property owners, there is often a greater potential in the parking space than one is aware of,” says Johannes Asp, CEO and co-founder of Mobility46.
Mobility46 is the technology company with cloud services in parking, electric car charging and mobility, offering a digital platform to help property owners, property managers, municipalities and parking companies increase their revenue, streamline administration and create a simple and seamless digital retail customer experience for the park choir.
Klövern AB owns and manages approximately 350 properties in Sweden, with a focus on offices in big cities and strong regional cities across the country, and their vision is to create attractive and sustainable environments for the companies, individuals and society of the future. Currently, there are about 20,000 parking spaces, which are mostly leased to tenants. With this cooperation, Klövern's national parking stock will be digitized, in order to create a modern, flexible and long-term sustainable parking offer.

The cooperation and agreement entered into force in January 2021 and implementation of Park46 is ongoing in 2021.
