This is how self-service for parking works

When you digitize your parking management, your own web-based customer portal is included. In the customer portal you have the opportunity to offer both direct purchases and expressions of interest for parking permits, contract parking, charging and other services. And when it comes to filling, you can choose between letting the system handle it automatically, or managing the addition manually.

Here's how it goes:

1. The customer enters his personal data, selects the class of location and registers his interest
2. The system sends a contract proposal to the customer by email
3. The customer reviews the terms and accepts the agreement digitally
4. It's done!

It's that simple. If the customer has chosen the agreement to be valid from the same day, they can also start using their parking right away — all they have to do is get your parking app (which is also included when you digitize the administration).

In your app, your parking customers can manage everything about their parking and charging. For example, that:
